We suggest supplying your original Mercedes engine to rebuild if possible, and a core deposit of $1100 may be required. If you are unable to supply a core, please contact us and we may be able to supply a core engine for you.
If certain parts of your Mercedes engine are not viable then there will be additional core charges as follows:
Long Block: $300
Cylinder Head: $600
Oil Pan: $100

Complete Gasket Set
REPLACE AS NEEDED OR NEW:
Timing Gears, Flywheel Ring Gear, Misc. Studs & Hardware
MACHINED TO EXACT FACTORY SPECS:
Bore & Hone Cylinders
Surface Block Deck
Align Hone If Necessary
Connecting Rods Rebuilt
Balance Crankshaft Assembly
Install New Valve Guides & Hone To Spec
Cut Seats & Lap Valves
THOROUGH INSPECTION CLEANING AND DETAILING:
Finish Paint Block And Oil Pan To Factory Colors
Plated Hardware Where Applicable
Tap And Repair All Threads
Fuel Injection Pump Rebuilt And Calibrated, Injector Nozzles, Prechambers, Glow Plugs.
LONGBLOCK ASSEMBLIES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Manifolds, Fuel Injection (Except As Noted), Engine Management, Electricals, Starter, A/C, P/S, Clutch Assembly, Or Any Other Components Not Directly Contained Within The Engine.
